Job Title:      Accounting Assistant

Department:       Corporate

Reports To:        Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

Primary role is to support the Accounting team with the information and services related to documentation, word processing, record keeping, communication, and appointment setting. This position also contributes to the overall goal of Aux Home Services by providing timely reports that keep the Management Team current and abreast of all daily activities.

  • Minimum 3-years experience with Computers and related software (i.e. Excel, Word, QuickBooks etc.)
  • Course of study in Accounting


Must be able to read and write English.


Must be able to successfully complete mathematical aptitude evaluation.

Be fluent with accounting basic principles.


Must be capable of applying sound business judgment to all decisions. Must be able to work with people, be capable of handling confrontation.

Work Schedule

Workday schedule 7:00am to 4:00pm daily. Lunch 12:00 noon to 1:00pm.

Some schedule changes are unavoidable due to customer concerns.

Schedule is subject to modification based on workload.
